[jira] [Created] (FLINK-26978) Flink-SQL cannot display Timestamp time correctly.

Siqi Ouyang created FLINK-26978:
-----------------------------------

Summary: Flink-SQL cannot display Timestamp time correctly.
                 Key: FLINK-26978
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-26978
             Project: Flink
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Table SQL / API
    Affects Versions: 1.13.6
            Reporter: Siqi Ouyang

seems like TimestampData type's toString Method use its own function to generate LocalDateTime.

Using this function to generate LocalDateTime has a problem in GMT+8 time zone.

There is an error for the time before 1900, but if you use the method that comes with JDK to generate LocalDateTime, the above problem does not exist.
