Ideally, the change https://github.com/apache/maven/commit/14d16064f69aeac554ebc8469bc44f6dec75d1ca#diff-14f8ce5db70c603718aa8696a42ab819c76cf2c455e9c94251764c6fd64ac4e9 should be back ported to the mavne-shared-utils {{ReflectionValueExtractor}}.
