CForms:fd-create on repeater ?

Hi CFormers

I would like to create my repeater rows from a selection list (external
file), I wanted to launch my fillRepeater() script on the repeaters
on-create event but it isn't implemented.
So I have a few possibilities but would need some help to make my decision.

Could I create an event-handler fd:on-create in the repeaters definition
which would launch fillRepeater() ? 

Otherwise my other solution could be to use the on-load javascript in the
binding process ?
