interoperability issues

Can someone point me to a document that provides a list of commonly
encountered interoperability issues when working between two different web
service toolkits?  I've surfed the web for this information and come up with
the following so far.
 
- handling of SOAPAction HTTP header
- handling of multi-byte character encodings in XML (such as UTF-16)
- partial implementation of XML Schema
- handling of mustUnderstand attribute on SOAP headers
 
I'd be happy to post a more complete list after I compile the responses.
