> DataImportHandler has outlived its utility. DIH doesn't need to remain inside Solr anymore. Plan is to deprecate DIH in 8.5, remove from 9.0. Also, work on handing it off to volunteers in the community (so far, [~rohitcse] has volunteered to maintain it).
