fails to build with new Visual Studio 2012 Update 1 when v110_xp
platform is chosen
I get the same identifier truncation with both 32-bit and 64-bit
platforms: ref <string.h>
This is a Microsoft issue.
I have successfully been able to ignore the warning when building the
*.dll libraries.
