Build Cancelled Exception

Can anyone tell me why this is happening in the snapshot of 1.1 we are
running?

org.apache.maven.continuum.execution.ContinuumBuildCancelledException:
The build was cancelled

Ok - I figured out that it is the max seconds a build can run.

Duncan,

You probably need to look at more of the logs, but when I saw that, it
was because there were no changes in your repository (cvs/svn/etc).
