Wsdl2ws should generate .hpp files for C++ so that it does not overwrite the .h files that it generates for C. Also the generated names of stubs and skeletons should be different since currently they overwrite one another if output to the same directory.

Resolution: Fixed
Wsdl2ws generates files with different extensions for C and C++ now. There are no plans to rename stubs or skeletons so I am closing this JIRA out.
