   The arrow::util module contains a `create_random_batch` function for testing purpose.
   When given a schema containing a field having a timestamp type with a timezone, the function fails due to the schema of the generated record batch is not consistent with the provided schema. 
   That's because the `create_random_array` function ignores the timezone of a timestamp type.

   Call the `create_random_batch` function with a schema containing a field having a timestamp type with a timezone.
