[Cocoon-apps] Current status recap

I'm trying to recap the decisions we made, to get the build and initial 
docs of Cocoon-apps ready.

IIUC (please help) we will have cocoon-apps with the following reference 
committers (I'm sure I'm missing something, but hey, then why would I be 
writing this mail? ;-)

  CocoBlog - Ugo Cei
  Bringmethis (it's coming, I have it on my hd) - Andy

  Wyona? - ? - please give me more info
  WikiLand? - ? - please give me more info
