Description: Create an Airflow operator that queries Redshift and persists the results to S3. We should be able to leverage the existing code in https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/master/airflow/contrib/operators/dynamodb_to_s3.py to handle the flush to s3 logic. We should abstract that logic to a base class and let RedshiftToS3Operator and DynamodbToS3Operator inherits that base class (was: Create an Airflow operator that queries Postgres and persists the results to S3. We should be able to leverage the existing code in https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/master/airflow/contrib/operators/dynamodb_to_s3.py to handle the flush to s3 logic. We should abstract that logic to a base class and let PostgresToS3Operator and DynamodbToS3Operator inherits that base class)
