Reporting problems with https://github.com/apache/logging-site

There's no indication how to report issues with
https://github.com/apache/logging-site.

I'm hoping that this list is appropriate.

There is no issues tab on the site, nor could I find any reference to
an issue tracker on https://logging.apache.org. The About drop-down
led to this list.

I suppose we’ve usually just reported issues on the mailing list for site
problems. Seems like it might be a good idea to have an issue tracker for
general Logging Services issues?
