connection aborted by peer


Hi everybody,

I get a "connection aborted by peer" when I launch "java org.apache.soap.server.ServiceManagerClient http://localhost:8080/soap/servlet/rpcrouter deploy Hello.xml 
And tomcat launch an exception.... 

Does anybody know where the problem is ?
