The 3.0 release is still blocked on
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/POLYGENE-255
Basically, when enabling the `jmx` feature, the generated projects can't
compile. This needs to be fixed before running the second 3.0 release
candidate.
I've been busy this week, I'll be mostly off in the next three weeks and
I'll come back early July. If we are ready to release 3.0 during that
time I won't be able to roll the release out. So, either I hand my 3.0
Release Manager hat to somebody else that will roll the release in the
coming weeks or I do it when I'm back. I'm fine with both.

Well, yes, disabling it will fix it :)

I am also ok with another small delay, but perhaps I should learn the
Release process....
