I went ahead and adjusted the wording a bit to capture the main request. If you don't feel this captures it properly please advise.
Also, I would assume there would also be associated interest in being able to send tweets as well.
Depending on your use case and context you can also take a look at Apache Camel as it has support for interaction with Twitter.

This is a good example of a request where having it come in via a patch/PR would be very welcome.
