**What happened**:
need to find a github action alternative to usthe/issues-translate-action
https://github.com/apache/incubator-seata-go/actions/runs/15087683164
usthe/issues-translate-action@v2.7 is not allowed to be used in apache/incubator-seata-go. We have decided to temporarily abandon the introduction of this component. To avoid the impact of repeated execution failures, we have removed this action for now and will reintroduce it when necessary in the future.

@LucienShen-Liu First, wait for the response from the Apache Infra team. If they can add us to the whitelist, then we don't need any additional modifications. If the whitelist cannot be added, then an alternative solution needs to be found.

Sorry I had to deny this too. :(
Maybe creating a new Github Action around https://github.com/LibreTranslate/LibreTranslate via a service container could be a solution? Locally it works well but I don't know what the compute requirements are. I don't have the time to create the full action but I can help review and guide it.
