### Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a chart of any kind. (Tested: line and polar)
2. Add a tooltip.textStyle.lineHeight property. (Tested: 0.5 - 2)
### Current Behavior
Notice the tooltip layout default padding has been reset.

### Expected Behavior
Default padding should not have any impact on lineHeight set or change.

The `TooltipMarker` default size is 10, and it can't be set by option.
Set `lineHeight` to be greater than 10. it will be right.
The question is should we reset `TooltipMarker` size by `lineHeight`?

Hello @sz-p, I am confused about the naming. Could you confirm if you denoted the marked area as a `TooltipMarker`?

`TooltipMarker` is the blue circle.
For now `lineHeight` should to be greater than 10.

Thank you @sz-p , `tooltip.textStyle.lineHeight: 10` works for now. However, I have also noticed the `lineHeight` property could be ditched if not needed. Instead defining `tooltip.textStyle.fontSize` property works for now as well.
Moreover, looking forward to a proper fix. Sharing some probable workaround to the problem below:
