[ANN] Pixory beta-3.7

Pixory is a freeware  "personal image server" based on Tapestry.

Fixed bugs:

* Sharing "by anonymous URL" does not allow anonymous viewers to
access the album.

Other changes:

* Enhancements to the functionality and consistency of the navigation.
