    Exclude the wartests directory the overlay unit tests leave in the project root
    
    On the CI runner the harness does not apply the tests' workDirectory parameter, so the
    overlays unpack next to the POM and the site build's RAT check fails on them; locally
    they land under target/. Same treatment as zipGroupId/.
