XMLCipher.getInstance().loadEncryptedKey(encryptedKeyElt) doesn't set the
correct CarriedKeyName element.
Should be
result.setCarriedName(carriedNameElement.getFirstChild().getNodeValue())
instead of
result.setCarriedName(carriedNameElement.getNodeValue())
into XMLCipher class (line 2421)

Thanks for detecting the bug, Fixed in SVN head.
Two things, can you send as a test case that exercies this code path?.
And the last one, is only me, but near 4000 line class seems very big...
