In the current trunk, the default publication introduces the "links" resource
type (formerly known as doctype), but it is impossible to edit  a links document
through any of the editors:

- Kupu is for XHTML only
- The forms editor would need an appropriate XSL file - not sure if it's worth
the effort
- The one form editor does not work for some bug - but this isn't what we're
looking for anyway, is it?
- Finlly the BXE integration is somewhat XHTML centric
