clustering with vector file

we are doing the project news clustering using kmeans , now we have created
the vector file of raw text.so how to give the vector file as input to
mahout? kindly give the code, if have any associated with this

I am a newbie but I can tell that "Mahout in Action" (MEAP) answers
most questions of this type.
