Compiling xerces for HP with gcc..

Hi!

I am trying to compile the latest xerces on HP UX 10.20 with gcc 2.8.1, ( I
know that you don't 'support gcc @ hp but..) hey it is not my fault, but I
can't straighten out that advanced template-code we have.. :-) 

It all ends up with me missing a couple of symbols during runtime, some
ArrayJanitor, and later on som XMLMutex, I have defined APP_NO_THREADS,
because neither do we want thread support.

Any hints/ideas?
