[I] add missing method in log_scanner for python binding [fluss-rust]

- [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/fluss-rust/issues) and found nothing similar.
### Description
In python example.py, we show
```
poll_result = log_scanner.poll(5000)
...
await table.new_log_scanner(project=[0, 1])
...
await table.new_log_scanner(columns=["name", "score"])
```
But seems no poll method, and new_log_scanner method didn't accept `project=[0, 1]`, `columns=["name", "score"]`
