Parsing of undecoded UTF-8 will give garbage

How to turn off this warning?

I'm using centos 4.0

[root]# cat /etc/sysconfig/i18n
LANG="en_US"
SUPPORTED="en_US:en"

[root]# sa-learn --ham Ham-sample
Parsing of undecoded UTF-8 will give garbage when decoding entities at 
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.5/Mail/SpamAssassin/HTML.pm line 182.
