Hups.

The Manager App can't redeploy ROOT applications. I have test a little bit 
with ant task and it failed to deploy a new root.war with update=true.

C:\develop\kolumne\TCK_2004\rootdeploy>ant deploy
Buildfile: build.xml

deploy:
   [deploy] FEHLER - Ung³ltiger Kontext Pfad  angegeben

   [deploy] FEHLER - Anwendung existiert bereits f³r Kontext Pfad /


BUILD FAILED

but with a undeploy and deploy it works fine.

After look at source a isolate the bug and fix.
