Google Summer of Code 2016

Hello all

The Apache Software Foundation has been accepted as a mentor
organization for Google Summer of Code 2016. Students interested to
participate will need to submit their proposal between March 14th and
25th. There is two ideas submitted by SIS which can be used as a basis
for students who want to write their proposal:

  * https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SIS-307
  * https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SIS-212

SIS-307 is already attracting interest.
