[PR] test(topic): pin the lite topic session view [rocketmq-dashboard]

### What
LiteTopicSessionVO is one lightweight session the lite-topic session page renders. It had no test. This pins: the identity, liveness window, TTL countdown and consumption progress round-trip through the builder, and a fresh session counts nothing.
### Verification
- New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean.
- Regression only (Lombok view).
- Restored: green. Test-only change; no product code touched.
