[PATCH] make distclean not so clean

I've upgraded my libtool (from 1.3.5 to 1.4.6), and couldn't 'make' httpd
anymore. The reason was that 'make distclean' wasn't deleting these two
files:

./srclib/apr/build/ltmain.sh
./srclib/apr-util/xml/expat/conftools/ltmain.sh
