[jira] [Created] (ACCUMULO-3729) Ensure deprecated annotation in code and javadoc

Josh Elser created ACCUMULO-3729:
------------------------------------

Summary: Ensure deprecated annotation in code and javadoc
                 Key: ACCUMULO-3729
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ACCUMULO-3729
             Project: Accumulo
          Issue Type: Sub-task
          Components: client
            Reporter: Josh Elser
            Assignee: Josh Elser
            Priority: Blocker
             Fix For: 1.7.0

We have some cases where a Deprecated annotation exists in the code, but not in Javadoc. We should be consistent and ensure that both exist, mostly so users can get a pointer to what they should use instead and for us to know when it was deprecated.
