We identified code duplicates in the {{PojoSerializer}} when working on FLINK-32380 (see [related thread in the PR|https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/23490#discussion_r1378509403]).

(!) We should be cautious when doing this change. This part of the code is performance-sensitive. We should monitor the change in the Flink performance tests (see [dev ML announcement|https://lists.apache.org/thread/bkw6ozoflgltwfwmzjtgx522hyssfko6] for context and link collection) if we decide to do this.
