an example of the invoice i was trying to edit
I tried editing my invoice to sent to a costumer, which has opened and worked
before i updated to the new patch and it all so crashes with a normal document
not just with one with big photos in it.

Cannot confirm with your attached document using Windows 10 and AOO 4.1.5. I
concur with Matthias to try restting your profile. For instructions how to do
that see the following:

I can not recreate a crash with your document with AOO 4.1.5 on Windows 7.
Please start with renaming your AOO user profile:

This cures most unexplainable problems...
