Christopher Tubbs resolved ACCUMULO-2155.

    Resolution: Won't Fix

The monitor is only intended to provide a minimal amount of status for triage. It's not feasible for it to track and graph data over long periods of time. Users should collect metrics and use a tool like Grafana or similar instead for tracking activity over periods longer than an hour.

If there is a specific use case for this, we can create a new issue at https://github.com/apache/accumulo/issues

> User should be able to specify the scale of the charts on the overview page. Currently the charts display the activity for the last hour. In most dashboards of this kind, the user can change the timescale to minutes, hours, days, weeks and years.
