[C2] XIncludeSAXConnector

Giacomo,

Checked in a partial XIncludeSAXConnector and was trying to muck around with code from
ContentAggregator to flesh it out. Do you have a few cycles to help me? since you know it the
best. I need to flesh out the processXIncludeElement function in XIncludeSAXConnector.
