Distributions can be downloaded from Hudson:

Individual JARs can be downloaded from Hudson or from the snapshot repository:

http://repository.apache.org/snapshots/org/apache/axis2/

These are the only official sources for nightly builds. I've updated the FAQ and the information will be published with the next release.
