[jira] [Created] (AMBARI-14083) hadoop.proxyuser.hcat.hosts not
updated when adding webhcat
Oleg Nechiporenko created AMBARI-14083:
------------------------------------------
Summary: hadoop.proxyuser.hcat.hosts not updated when adding webhcat
Key: AMBARI-14083
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-14083
Project: Ambari
Issue Type: Bug
Components: ambari-web
Affects Versions: 2.1.3
Reporter: Oleg Nechiporenko
Assignee: Oleg Nechiporenko
Priority: Critical
Fix For: 2.1.3
STR:
Deployed cluster without Hive
Added Hive
hadoop.proxyuser.hcat.hosts value is as expected (webhcat host)
Go to host without WebHcat and add WebHcat there
After adding second WebHcat
value of hadoop.proxyuser.hcat.hosts was not changed (it only list one host) while webhcat is installed on two hosts.
Same issue seems to be reproduced when hive is deployed initially and then more WebHcat servers added
