raw-request-param (bug 25102)

Hi there,

Does anyone know if the bug 25102 (where spaces in raw-request-param
were not handled correctly, they were passed on as " " rather than "+")
has been fixed in Cocoon 2.1.5.1? (I don't really understand the bug
page, unless its telling me that it hasn't been fixed).
