[DISCUSS] Release Pulsar Go Client 0.20.0
Hi everyone,
I would like to propose releasing the Pulsar Go Client 0.20.0.
It has been about 1 month since the last release. And there are
several new features and bug fixes in the master branch[0]. It's time
to release a new version.
Please let me know if you have any PRs that need to be included in 0.20.0.

Hi Zike,
I found a possible deadlock after
https://github.com/apache/pulsar-client-go/pull/1494. Then I pushed a
new fix: https://github.com/apache/pulsar-client-go/pull/1500, please
also include it in 0.20.0

Recently, several panic-related bugs in pulsar-client-go have been fixed,
but the related PRs have not been reviewed yet.
Could you please help review them and include them in this release if
possible? These fixes improve client stability and help avoid unexpected
crashes in some edge cases.
