class java.lang.Exception - Image error

Hy, 

when generating a PDF with tif image I obtain this message (1)  in the log of FOP, a valid PDF but without my
image.

(1) :

[ERROR] Error while creating area : Error while loading image file:/C:/FOP/GRAPHFOP/ycbcr-cat.tif : class java.lang.Exception - Image error


Does someone have an idea of the origin of this problem ? 
FOP ? TIF format ?

Some other graphics generate an "out of memory error" and FOP is running up to use all the memory
it can by creating about 19000 "pages" (in fact the generated document is corrupted) !!

Can some one help me please ?
