dup names

Can we try to remove dup names, like:
  ...\axis\description\ServiceDescriptiong.java
  ...\axis\encoding\ServiceDescription.java
Just adds to the confusion factor.

They are definitely confusing.
However, we should take care the impact to existing samples if API is
changed.
