Currently mango returns  {"result":"created"}  after a creation of an index.

It would be cool if it would return at least the id of the created design doc, or the created design doc at all, because if I want to delete an index, I need the id and name.

Currently the workaround is listing all indexes, filtering for the one I just created, grabbing the id and then delete the index.
