java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError

Hello all,
 
I am compiling a CORBA ORB core (Jacorb 1.1) using JAKARTA-ANT on windows 95  and I keep getting the error below :

Exception in thread "main" "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError : org/apache/tools/ant/Main


I am using JDK 1.2.2.

Does anyone have the solution to this problem.
