[jira] [Created] (RANGER-2050) Support non standard conf folder for hive

Don Bosco Durai created RANGER-2050:
---------------------------------------

Summary: Support non standard conf folder for hive
                 Key: RANGER-2050
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RANGER-2050
             Project: Ranger
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Ranger
            Reporter: Don Bosco Durai

Manual install for Hive assumes conf folder will be always in the Hive home folder. It is more likely that the conf will be in /etc/hive/conf or other custom folders. It would be good to take optional property with the location of the conf folder.
