lots o' ports

Hi,

I'm running TomCat as a servlet engine in Borland AppServer 4.5.1.  I'm 
seeing a problem with port management.  When the appserver is experiencing 
lots of load - the 8080 ports don't seem to be closing.  Running netstat 
shows thousands in TIME_WAIT.  Eventually, the webserver will stop 
responding to requests once there are no more ports available.

Any thoughts?
