SOAP Envelope API
Hello, folks.
I've designed and implemented a set of APIs to manipulate SOAP
Envelope. The package is attached in this mail.
By using the API, an application programmer can play with SOAP
Envelope; for example, creating a new Envelope, picking up a Header
entry in it, marking "mustUnderstand" attribute of the entry as "1,"
and so on.
I hope this interface definition and implementation could be a good
material to discuss SOAP engine ver.3.0.
I welcome any questions or comments on the API.

Hi,
I put the SOAP Envelope API on the following URL:
http://www.trl.ibm.co.jp/projects/xml/soap/env/
I'll be keeping the page up-to-date.
