[GitHub] [arrow] raulcd opened a new issue, #36947: [CI] Move Free up disk space for GitHub runners on to a macro to be able to reuse

raulcd opened a new issue, #36947:
URL: https://github.com/apache/arrow/issues/36947

   ### Describe the enhancement requested

We currently are using some custom free up disk space for the linux-packaging jobs on GitHub runners.
We should use it on the docs too.
We can move it to a macro so we can reuse it.

   ### Component(s)

   Continuous Integration
