Chris Lambertus resolved INFRA-12692.
-------------------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
This was related to performance issues on the jenkins master. I've added some additional tuning parameters and restarted. I verified that your build now runs in a normal timeframe. Let us know if this happens again.

> I just noticed that our build jobs have an extremely large build time compared to what Maven reports.
> For instance https://builds.apache.org/view/S-Z/view/Sling/job/sling-samples-slingshot-1.8/lastSuccessfulBuild/ ( job will be kept forever ) has the following results:
> - 32 min building on an executor
> - Maven build time: 01:33 min
> I would expect Jenkins to have some overhead ( SVN checkout, parsing results, etc ) but more than 20x seems excessive.
> It would be great to understand why this happens - is this a misconfiguration from our part or something that can be fixed by infra.
