Submitting a review works through the web UI, but not with the command line tools.

The following command:
post-review --server="https://reviews.apache.org" --target-groups=helix --summary="$(git log --pretty=format:%s HEAD^..HEAD)" --description="$(git whatchanged HEAD^..HEAD)" --diff-filename=<(git diff --no-prefix HEAD^..HEAD) -o --bugs-closed=HELIX-358

Failed with this error:
The repository path "https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/helix.git" is not in the
list of known repositories on the server. Ask the administrator to add this repository to the Review Board server.
