   Good finding! That's the old repo and since a while back it was moved to GitHub.
   
   You should use this very repo we're in: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack, and of course you can open a PR to fix [INSTALL.md](https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/blob/master/INSTALL.md).
