Piper file issue.

Hello,

I need help with the piper file. I am trying to add HTML Table writer in
the piper file to generate HTML table by using the following command:

add org.apache.ctakes.core.cc.HtmlTableCasConsumer

However, I get the following error:

02 Sep 2021 21:40:38 ERROR PiperFileRunner - MESSAGE LOCALIZATION FAILED:
Can't find resource for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key Not
AnalysisComponent org.apache.ctakes.core.cc.HtmlTableCasConsumer

I have added the required dependency for the BaseToken by adding the
following line in the piper file:

add org.apache.ctakes.core.ae.TokenizerAnnotator

But I still get the error mentioned above, can anyone help? I am sorry if
the question is too basic as I am new to this.
